The hotel offers excellent rooms with English TV channels, very comfortable beds and pillows, and delightful staff fluent in English. However, the rooms lack soundproofing. The location is superb with a vibrant pedestrian street nearby, though access can be challenging due to narrow roads. The dining options are good with a variety of choices but could have more options. Overall, it's a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were perfect with English TV channels, very comfortable beds, and pillows. The staff were a delight, speaking excellent English. However, I wish they had triple rooms available. The service was top-notch, from the well-mannered staff who acknowledged my IHG membership to the friendly front desk and concierge. The location was superb, though a bit busy, with an excellent view over the city and right above the 上下九步行街. The dining experience was of a very high standard with plenty of Western and Asian choices. The facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
